AI Transparency

We want to be open about where artificial intelligence (AI) plays a role on this website. This page explains which content was created with AI assistance, how we handle AI assistants and AI search engines, and where you can ask questions. It follows the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act.

Parts of the copy on this website were created with the support of AI systems and subsequently reviewed and edited by us. All information about rooms, amenities, wellness, offers and prices comes from our own records and is our responsibility. Everything published here has been checked and approved by the Hotel Bavaria team.

The photos on this website show our hotel, our rooms and the region around Oberstaufen as they really are. They are genuine photographs — taken by ourselves, by regional photographers, and sourced from image archives (see the picture credits in the legal notice). We do not use AI-generated images.

There is no AI chatbot on this website. If you reach us through the contact form, by email or by phone, a human replies — personally and reliably. Online booking runs through the external booking platform DIRS21; it is not an AI system of this website.

So that AI assistants and AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews) present accurate information about our hotel, we provide structured data: machine-readable Schema.org markup, an llms.txt with the key facts, and a WebMCP interface for AI agents. These offers contain the same information as the website itself.
